Our wedding venue packages include accommodation, ghost chairs for seating, an arbour (not decorated) and on the day coordination so that you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free celebration in the Byron Bay Hinterland.

Wedding Package Pricing and Inclusions

Inclusions:

Accommodation

• 2 nights accommodation for up to 10 guests is included in the base price. Additional costs for up to a further 2 house guests apply if required for the main house. Additional costs apply to rent the “PODS” which are seperate from the main house and can accommodate a further 4 guests or act as a “honeymoon suite” if separate quarters are desired. In total up to 16 guests can be accommodated across the property.

Services Included

• Linen service and post-stay cleaning.
•  Wedding Coordination (up to 10 hours):
  • Booking your big day, meet and greet at the property.
  • Coordination of local contacts and services arrangements on the day.
  • Assistance with creating the perfect day, including ideas and plans for the event.
  • Coordination leading up to the event and on the day for a smooth order of events.
  • Last-minute help, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Coordination of additional providers (celebrant, flowers, hair and makeup, caterers, cleaning services as required).

Amenities

• • Welcome pack on arrival including champagne
  • Use of the house and gardens for the ceremony.
  • Table setting for 10 (for guests >10, please use our preferred vendors for additional hiring of tables, cutlery, etc.).
  • Wedding arbour and ceremony space
  • 20 ghost chairs for the ceremony.

Pricing (ex GST)

Weekday (Monday to Thursday):           

• Off-peak (May – August): $10,000.
• Peak (September – April): $14,000.

Weekend (Friday to Sunday):

• Off-peak (May – August): $12,500.
• Peak (September – April): $16,500.

Extras

• Additional Guests: Up to 4 additional guests/kids can be accommodated on rollaway beds and sofa beds in the main house for $150 per person per night. Children under 2 stay free.

 

• Extended Stay: Additional nights at the property on top of the chosen package:
  • Off-peak: $2,000 per night.
  • Peak: $3,000 per night.

 

• Bespoke Japanese Pods: For two people (but can sleep up to 4), ideal for the honeymoon suite. Including self-contained separate living quarters, private veranda, separate bedroom, and volcanic soaking tub for $990 per night. Up to two additional rollaways possible in the living room pod for $100 per person. Children under 2 stay free.

 

• Additional Wedding Coordination: $150 per hour plus GST beyond the included 10 hours.
