Room for everyone

The main Homestead and a separate Japanese-inspired guest Pod sleep up to 12 across five bedrooms. Generous living and dining areas bring the group together, while the Pod, the study and the upstairs Loft give people somewhere to retreat to. A 20-metre pool looks out over the countryside, with a pool pavilion, two outdoor baths in ceramic and copper, a full-size indoor bath, a fire pit outdoors, and a stone fireplace in the homestead for the cooler months.

Set within 52 acres of part farmland, part rainforest, rising from spring-fed dams up to the crest of St Helena Ridge there is plenty to explore. The property is a working farm but also home to ancient scrub forest with 150-year-old fig trees, which, like natural cathedrals, spread their boughs to the sky.

The Homestead and the Pod.

The Master Suite has a four-poster queen bed and a private ensuite. Two further bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the upstairs Loft has a queen bed and two king singles. Across four bathrooms and ensuites plus a powder room, there is room for everyone to settle in.

Set apart from the main house, the Japanese-inspired Pod works as a small suite of its own: a queen bedroom with ensuite and a stone bath, and a lounge where the sofa folds out to a bed. It suits grandparents, a second couple, or anyone who wants a door of their own without leaving the group.
